We are more than what we think we are!

I believe diverse "spiritual" tools and divine mechanisms were highly used in the ancient days and has diluted itself into these modern days which is vital for life as a whole (for even the Holy Scriptures highlights this "spiritual" essence in its beginnings within Genesis 1:2 (Spirit) and John 1:1 (Word), for the Word is God's breath (Life & Love), breathed into the nostrils of man, bringing man to life and deeming him a "living soul"). It's as if something went missing upon cultural evolution and heritage adaptation upon foreign soils that holds no nativity to the good Samaritan traveling through, which then the Samaritan may begin to settle with the foreign ways of a land not his, a weary way that is snipping away at the line of an ancient and ancestral link that the very foreigner is attached to genetically, by birth and primogenitor. Discern.

HEALTHY HABITS & ROUTINE:

• Light exercise

• Stretching

• Deep spiritual meditation, cogitation or daydreaming

• Meditative and peaceful hobbies

• A nap around noon near a curtained or shuttered window only letting in minimal natural light

• An early bath or shower

• An earlier bedtime (preferably at sunset to catch the dream wave at its peak)

• Soft, ambient lighting (or candle to aid in awareness during REM state)

• Slightly audible and extremely subtle sounds of instrument(s) playing (or classical meditative music)

• Trendelenburg position or supine with pillow under knees (on firm yet comfortable surface, ie. a quilt on the floor)

• Deep controlled diaphragmatic breathing

• Relaxation

• Focusing on a fixed point with eyes lightly shut

• A spiritual conversation with soul/self or God (vocal or mental) or sing spiritual songs while entering into sleepiness

• Dream notebook (with the “intent” to write and record in)
